Egbeyemi Sultan - Director

 A seasoned Architect of high repute. He obtained both his MSc and Phd from the University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. He holds an award from the Royal Institute of British Architects (Award Entrant – 2nd “OASIS”). He was also an award nominee from the Commonwealth Architects Association (C.A.A.) London, U.K.
Mr. Egbeyemi is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA). He is also a full member of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON). He is an affiliate member of the Commonwealth Architects Association (C.A.A.) London U.K. He is also an affiliate member of the International Union of Architects (I.U.A.).
He is the Chief Executive Officer of Al-Ahadli Nigeria Limited situated in Lagos, Nigeria. He was born on 1st June, 1965 in Lagos. He is married with children

Raji Zubair Atobiloye Ph D - Director

Raji Atobiloye is the founding and current Managing Director of First Fossil Nigeria Limited. He completed a Ph.D

programme in Environmental Engineering at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) in 1994. At Cambridge, Raji was a part-time instructor in the undergraduate engineering practical classes. He earlier graduated in 1988 from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with a First Class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Raji was a lecturer at Ahmadu Bello University from 1989 to 1994.
Dr. Atobiloye joined the services of Cakasa (Nigeria) Company Limited in 1995. He rose to the level of Executive Director in charge of Engineering and Construction. He was responsible for business development activities and management of relations with foreign partners and companies which included Fluor, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Daewoo, GE, Tyco and FMC (Measurement Solutions).
He had attended several training programmes both locally and internationally and won several awards including Shell Nigeria and Shell Cambridge Scholarships.
A registered engineer and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Raji has presented papers at international and local professional meetings and conferences

Bode Obat Olowu - Director

Bode, a Legal Practitioner with about 17 years post-call experience, is a Partner in the prestigious law firm of Abdulai, Taiwo & Co., Lagos. Bode holds an LL.B (Hons) in Law from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye (1991) and was called to the Bar in 1992 (B.L.). Prior to his current professional practice, he had an experience in mortgage banking with Quality Homes Savings & Loans Limited in Lagos as a Legal Officer before joining the firm of J.B. Majiyagbe & Co., Kano as Counsel, where he had an extensive practice in commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on property law-related matters. Bode is a member of the International Bar Association and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigeria branch.
In the last six years, has concentrated on guiding and advising clients on Real Estate and Intellectual Property transactions,

Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency and the Capital Market.

Adeyinka Adesope - Director

Mr Adesope Adeyinka started his career at the age of eighteen with Onikolade Co-operative Union and Cocoa Merchant where he served as a Produce Office and later rose to the post of an Assistant District Manager in the same company before going for his first degree. After his first degree, he joined Imperial Trust Investment Limited as a Business Development Manager in 2004.
In 2005, he joined KLM Royal Dutch Airline and left for New Creations Properties Limited as a Senior Business Development Manager in 2006. He was one of the six staffers that started the company and brought it into limelight. He left New Creations Properties Limited in 2008 to take the onus of bringing Vetra Ventures into the business world as a pioneer Managing Director. At Vetra Ventures Limited, he acquired and packaged two estates – Cristal Park Phases 1 & 2 before joining Propertymart Real Estate Investment Limited where he works till date.
A young, dynamic, agile, humble and affable man who has been part of the establishment and setting up of numerous companies and bodies amongst which are Pathtrackers International, Portal Realties, PM Oil, Imperial Realties, Grace Ville Homes Limited, G300 Investment Limited, PM Marketing & Sales Solutions, Haven Rock Real Estate Investment Limited, SPNS Consulting and Legal Phenomenum Publishers Nigeria Limited.
Adesope Adeyinka loves taking up challenges and does not believe in limitations. His knowledge acquisition has been from Lagos Business School, Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye amongst other Trainings, Seminars and Lectures.

Adeyemi Adeniyi - Abuja Branch Manager

Mr. A. E. Emmanuel read economics at the Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University where he graduated with a BSc Degree. He received additional diploma certificate course in marketing management from the same institution and the Lagos Business School (Pan-African University) Lagos, Nigeria. He is currently the Branch Head in Propertymart Real Estate Investment Limited Abuja. Mr. Adeyemi is one of the members of the Acquisition department and also one of the leaders in the Propertymart Fellowship Inc. International.

Balogun Oluwadamilola - Human Resources Manager

Damilola offers years of  experience in addressing critical people issues with a strong focus on delivering overall strategic organisational  goals and objectives.
She holds a masters in Work and Organisational psychology from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom and a BA Honours degree in International Relations and Social Anthropology from University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She is a certified Occupational Test Administrator (level A & B intermediate) from the British Psychological Society.
She currently serves as the Manager, Human Resources in Propertymart Real Estate Investment Limited.
